Hylax has designed and manufactured a direct fiber diode laser product for used in applications such as reject dot marking on steel parts. We design our own diode high current electronic circuitry with TE cooling stabilisation and embedded controller to control the whole module including LCD display for operator interface. Laser output is through a fiber with a focussing lens at the output end. The product is proven in high volume production and long term operation at customer sites.
